        Won't return. Took a day off work, drove an hour to get there (for a scheduled appointment booked over a week prior), only to be told the person doing my massage had a last minute issue &wasn't there. Ok stuff happens. So I wait. Kept being told that it shouldn't be much longer. 45 minutes later he still wasn't there so I left, angry & very disappointed. This was supposed to be my first massage ever. The place was not very welcoming, it was very dirty & run down, then to go through all that for nothing just left a bad impression. So unprofessional. I have a gift card that will now go to waste.

      Apologies are definitely deserved. I had a medical emergency that had me tied up at the hospital with an mri for an optic center stroke. Inconveniencing anyone is never my goal. I sincerely apologize that you took time out of your day for nothing.
