Leaving for my daughter, they said today in a phone call that our payments since November 2023 till now have been rejected, only been with the company two months and somehow our payments from a card connected to our bank account has been rejected yet bank statements don't lie. If payments was rejected services would have been interrupted yet no service interruptions. Hmmm sounds fishy, fixing to see what direct TV or dish has to offer.

Been a customer for about 2 years. Been waiting this is my second appointment that I've been waiting on that. They haven't made it out on first one got dropped due to they thought all the storm that they had on the weekend was storm related so they dropped all the service calls for that day that was scheduled that I was scheduled for. Then they rescheduled me and don't call me until the end. I'll schedule between 8 and 11. They call me at 10:30 to tell me that the guy sick. They've been working on my t. V. They pay everybody $2 an hour in India. To work on your equit meant and you can't get no service out of these people. I've never seen a company run like this. I'm about ready to drop them and go somewhere else good luck
