        PLEASE BEWARE.. i was with All-State over 20 years. Never a problem. Then Kimberly shaw takes over. Nothing but problems. Opened a new policy in May. For 1 found out. They don't take cash. Witch hit me wrong. They make new rules. Yet do not tell there customers. I paid with credit card. Drove there's a couple days later. To sign papers. The man there did not know what he was doing. Had me there a good 15 minute. To sign 5 papers. I go out of town. Cause family member was sick. To come home to threatening letters. Saying if I do not sign papers. They will change my policy. That hit me so wrong when i did infact signthe papers. I go to cancel 4 months later. She new of the papers I signed. Never said sorry for that. But lied to my face saying they tried a bunch of times to contact me. When my number has not changed. Phone is alway on me. My email has bin the same for 30 years. And now it's 9 days later. No email saying my policy is canceled. Or a refund for 6 months left on my policy. 20 years I now have to find a new insurance cause of 1 woman. That can not do her job. I can't speak for anyone but my self. Only reason I pay for insurance is to feel SAFE. Knowing how this woman did not try contacting me. But Did change my policy. I have never in my life felt unsafe. And extremely scared. In fact i felt VIOLATED. THAT SHE COULD DO ANYTHING OTHER THEN WHAT WE AGREED ON.

      First of all, I want to thank you for being a loyal Allstate customer. I understand your frustration. However, the decision to not take cash was a corporate decision approximately 3 years ago and had nothing to do with the change of ownership at the agency. I do take all complaints seriously and do not hesitate to present them to management for consideration, therefore, I forwarded your concerns to the corporate office. As for the papers you were asked to sign, we require signatures on documents to protect our insureds. The second set of documents were automatically generated by the computer. In your particular situation the coverage in question was updated, you had better coverage for the exact same price. The day you came in to cancel the policy, I processed the cancellation right away. The refund for the remainder of the policy period was refunded within 24 hours to the card that was used to pay the premium. I apologize that providing you a better value at the same price made you feel uncomfortable. I do see that you still have a couple of policies with Allstate. I have asked that they be transferred to the customer care center for servicing. I do not want anyone to feel uncomfortable for any reason, whether it is you or my staff. After reviewing the extremely profane voicemail you left and the way you treated me and my staff, I feel this is in everyone's best interest. Please contact Allstate direct regarding those policies at 1-800-255-7828. My staff and I wish you nothing but the best.
