        They seemed very knowledgeable & friendly chiropractor and staff. But they keep sending me late notices and threatening to turn me over to collections for bills they never sent along with cost that are not on any of my EOB statements. Watch out they are either totally incompetent in their billing department or CROOKS!!! THEY EVEN HAVE MY CC ON FILE!!! I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!! Only received one call and it was after this review was posted.

        This was my first visit with Dr. Osgood. I hadnt been to a chiropractor in 20 years but was referred by 2 family members to this practice. Doctor was thorough, kind & just the right amount of gentle. Gabby was at the front desk; she checked me in & out. She was so friendly & helpful! It had been a long, long time since I had been adjusted; didnt know if it would be as rewarding on this first visit It couldnt have gone any better!! My whole body snapped, crackled and popped from my neck down to my hips!! I left there walking much lighter than I walked in, cant wait for my next appointment!

      We do our best to provide quality care to our patients including any information that will pertain to the visit. Insurance can be tricky and we navigate the best we can with what we are given. Each patient will get a statement if they have a deductible that needs to be met, a co-pay, paying out of pocket, or insurance that doesn't cover. This will usually happen once the insurance clears and comes back to us to let us know EXACTLY what is/isn't covered by your plan. Your insurance company should send you EOB's (explanation of benefits) to let you know what they covered and what is patient responsibility. That doesn't always happen, so we send out a statement. The "notice" that you received was just that, a NOTICE to ALL of our patients, that if your account is passed the 90 days it will be going into collections, NOT that we ARE at the time of the notice. We do keep cards on file WITH YOUR PERMISSION, but we will NEVER charge the card without consent. We do believe that this was just a misunderstanding and have tried to reach you multiple times to no avail. We hope you will reconsider your review and look forward to seeing you again in the future.
