Much better than before. We have been here for a few years and some nice changes by management. They are a very friendly management and maintenance staff. They have cleaned up a lot of the riffraff that used to frequent the property. Yes it's a older complex but they keep the place clean and maintained. No more druggies or alcoholics, no loud and unruly neighbors, have some minor issues very infrequently. The only issue is keeping the laundry room clean and operating. No fault of the management, they have some newer equipment just normal repairs but at the mercy of the outsourced repairman. Dont knock the property from earlier reviews. Paula and PJ do an outstanding job. Keep up the good work Meadow Springs Apartments

I rate them 1 star and do not reccomend their apartment complex though cheap and alright size the meadow springs apartment group is not worth waisting money on. For the reasons here 1. Maintenance - under kept many electrical and building issues. They fall very short of osha standards. 2. Staff- The office and maintance staff are rude to the tenants and very vindictive towards tenants friends or family. 3. Guest- If you have friends or family who visit make sure to tell them not to. If you have a guest over more than 15 times they have to be on your lease doesnt matter if they live ther or not. 4. Contract- the contract itself is very vague and allows the staff to manipulate it to their means and use it how they please. 5. Drugs- there is an abundance of drugs and dealers in the apartments not reccomended if you have a family or are having a family. 6. Playground- not reccomended to let your children play on it. The equipment is in bad shape and could injure the children. 7. Tenants- between druggies and the unsavory sort they have issues with people drunk driving and even running into the building. Over all my reccomendation is to keep shopping and don't move there. Yes cheap but not worth the issues.

I didn't recall ever being there or even where this place is at. Well I found the place and the one apartment I was in was nice. Then I found out they wouldn't rent to someone I knew, so they have standards, good for them. If I managed or owned property I wouldn't rent to those people either, so I could keep property values up.

Rented there nicest place ever no one left pudding cups, empty mtn dew cans, dirty clothes and other random items everywhere.
