Speaking with the account representative this is a known issue with how their new platform is utilizing the credit card information. They are aware this is a constant issue with their system that they double bill, but they have no method to check if accounts are getting double payments, and in my opinion are just hoping customers do not notice. Once they do notice, they take several months to cut a check back for an error they created on their side.
My company will no longer be using shredit and I would advice everyone else find a different service provider.
