I tried something new outside of my normal groomer and I will say I will continue to go to my normal groomer Jayla was not very responsive or professional she scheduled an appointment at 3:00 and didnt show intill 3:57 I live in an apartment complex I gave her my apartment number only for her to park no were near my apartments and drive off when I got close to her most definitely a waste of time and I would never recommend not to mention this was her second time rescheduling STICK TO YOU NORMAL GROOMER SHE DOSENT LIKE HER JOB

She done a great job on all three of my little dogs I will call her again I think she was very professional I will say this I saw a review stating that she wasn't professional and she didn't call back for an appointment but a few months back somebody in her family passed away plus her generator went out in her van so she had to replace it with that being said sometimes life happens and it makes it to where we have to tend to what's that hand sorry for your loss Jayla I know how that feels like I just lost my sister 9 months ago my name says Janice Rippeto but it's Janice Mannix

First time I expected her and she did not show, I chalked up to me assuming and her having poor follow thru. Then she canceled an entire week and did not pick up the phone and reschedule. She was worried about getting Covid from dogs. Google could have saved her a full week of waiting. Then finally today she was a no call no show. And has not returned my attempts to reach her. Lacking professionalism and because of that I have no idea if she is any good at grooming. We have 2 mild mannered groom every 6 week dogs we could have kept her busy! Do not plan to find out if she is any good!

She was a no-show after confirming via text message when she would be there. Other times she would be hours late and say she had us down at such and such time, although for a year we scheduled at the same time every 4 weeks. Still have had no response from her from the missed appointment. Extremely disappointed.
