Termite Contract from house purchase, after sending us, the buyer, a bill for the title company 3 separate times and the last one that I sat in the title company and listened to them explain to them to stop sending their mail to my house, I began to just Return to Send the following mailings, stating I was not their delivery person or their address directory to either figure it out or google it, that went on for about another six letters. At which point it was time to renew, we called them and plainly said we are taking our contract elsewhere, when they asked why I simply said you still haven't figured out the mailing system, I didn't trust them for anything else. The lady said I will note that and get you removed from system. That was all during the Summer of 2023, We are coming up on the end of January 2024, we get a letter post marked 1 7th of January, okay I can get behind that, we had some snow that close everything down for about a week, yet the letter in it is dated December 5th, telling us invoice due and either our contact information is incorrect or you have not responded to our attempts to contact you. No joke I'm not talking to them, they have been told I am canceling my contract before my contract expired, let alone paying them for a renewal when they have not had any inspect this place since we've been here (Yeah, I'm full time remote work from home, I know who's been to my house, and the cameras catch those when I don't). I am done with them out right, I'm tired of talking them or even reading mail from them it is going straight to the shredder going forward.

They always do a great job and address any issues that pop up or that you see between treatments since we get there monthly service we havent had any issues which is a big change from previous provider

have never had any issues using West. What is great about their service is they are so on-top of their customers when it is time for renewal you literally do not have to think about this. They call and notify you its time and it is done with ease. Service: Termite inspection
