        As part of my contract to install a new HVAC system, Epic agreed to pay my home warranty premiums for one year. Ive had to remind them throughout the year to do so, which they did, but now they are two months late and keep telling me theyre going to do it and have yet to do so. Also, I have a water leaking problem from their last repair work, and I am not receiving response about that. there were other issues where I felt I have been taken advantage of, and was told that a total duct replacement would be done on my house, which is stated in my contract, and only half was done. I am very disappointed in this company, and do not recommend them.

        Great company to work with. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and nice!! Logan and Aiden did the troubleshooting. Pablo and Kirk did a great installation of my new heat pump.All during 20temps. I highly recommend this company.

        Warning do not use this company. I was told that I needed twelve thousand dollars worth of duct work done before Richard Haynie could install my heat and air unit.Two other service men from two different company told me my ductwork was fine and did not need to be replaced.. Richard Haynie wanted me to pay two thousand and three hundred dollars for other repairs and parts . On January 19, 2024 the same serviceman called and said that he would put my heat and air unit in if I signed off on the installation , because if the unit did not work Epic Mechanical wouldn't be held responsible., and pay the two thousand and three hundred dollars for other work that needed done. My personal opinion, this company is a rip off.

        **BELIEVE EVERY 1 STAR REVIEW** Its all TRUE!! I dont think I could ever dislike a company more. I would give them the lowest score possible a hundred times if I could. Using people in there time of vulnerability. Every bad review you see is absolutely 100% true. I would post my experience but over 25 people have said exactly what Im going to say. Its the same every time. If your warrant sends them go ahead and call them and get that switched ASAP.
