I just moved here in 2021 and used this place because it was recommended. In 2022 I visited 3 times. After each visit you check out and pay your fees and I assumed I had paid what I owed and was done with that visit. 1st visit was a yearly eye exam and contact fitting. After that visit I PAID and they scheduled a follow up bc they found something suspicious and wanted a checkup in a couple of weeks. 2nd visit was a follow up. It went fine and after the visit I PAID my fees and left no problem. 3rd visit was for double vision. After I paid my fees and went on my way. Fast forward to this year I get a text saying I need to schedule my yearly eye exam so I call to schedule a appointment later that month bc I was going to be home a few days and they say I can not because I have a balance and I cant just pay the balance?? I called and spoke to the maumelle office which then had me call their business office. I explained to the women I travel for work, bills are on auto pay so I do not get mail at my house because I am NOT THERE regularly I also tell the business manager that I had 3 visits last year paid all my fees as you do when checking out and not one person ever told me I had a balance. Not one person called or left a voice mail. All the business manager had to say Im just human ok so Am I and I PAID after my visits! So when leaving this place double check that ALL your fees are paid or you may get some surprise unknown bills.

Dr.Long was amazing! I injured my eye and he had me in first thing, I hardly had to wait the staff was all EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, I cannot say enough good things about my experience! I will definitely be back!

Dr. Long is awesome my husband had problems with his glasses from our old eye doctor we decided to get a 2nd opinion and he found the problem. So thankful we changed. He also has the great new machine that really get detail pictures on your eye and found my daughter had a vein that was big and he kept an eye on it. Thankfully it's doing good. We really love our new doctor.
