Set up appointment which was rescheduled, no big deal, but he never showed on the new day and when i messaged asked if we could do ut the next day. I countered with the day after that since i was already taking that day off at which point he stopped responding. And before you say this is not how it went down this was all over text and i still have them.

Common Sense
Justin and Jadon from A1 Chimney Pro recently did a big project for our home and they could not have done a better job. They were professional and kind. Everything that was promised was completed even better than expected. I feel like the work was in line with the cost. In todays world their kind of service is extremely rare. They have a customer for life.

A-1 Chimney Pro was awesome from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and I will always use them. I can't say enough good things about the technicians that repaired my fireplace. Thank you!

Very disappointed. I was told the switch needed to be replaced in order for my fireplace to work. I did that and it stopped working within a day. I was then told there was a sticky valve. The technician said he would look for a replacement part and get back with me. I left two messages for him and then called the office, described the problem and that I had left several messages for the technician. She told me either she or the technician would return my call. More than two months later my fireplace still does not work and I have had no response from the company. I understood that the manufacture was out of business and it might not be possible to find a replacement part. Nonetheless I feel I should have received a return call and next steps or alternatives presented. A simple return call would have made all the difference.
