The Villa at River Pointe Drive Apartments

I will be attaching a long review of this apartment and the way it handled a very serious situation. I am only doing this protect anyone from moving here. Please, for yourself and your peace of mind, live somewhere else.

Pest control useless , having to pay for parking fees is ridiculous especially as a resident and you never have a secured parking spot unless you pay extra, I got my car broken into as I was parked right by the camera and went to request footage for police report just to find out that they didnt have any footage. There was also mold growing in the bathroom in the cracks of our tub. Wouldnt recommend all it, all of it is an act just money hungry.

Just viewed this property. Grounds are very impressive and the location is beautiful. Staff is lovely as well!

I moved into the Villas about a month ago. It is a nice, clean and quiet community with a beautiful view of the Arkansas river. I moved into a one bedroom unit with new floors and new carpet. Emily made the application and lease process seamless and painless. I have had a couple of minor mechanical issues since I moved in however maintenance has been very prompt and thorough in addressing the issues. Hats off to Jared on the maintenance team for all of his help. My dog has enjoyed walks around the beautiful property and playing in the dog park. I am looking forward to summer and pool season. The complex has two nepture pools that bookend each end of the property as well as a jacuzzi tub attached to each pool along with plenty of cabanas and gas grills. There are many more amenities to this property, too many to list in a review. My advice would be if you are looking for fine apartment living in the Maumelle area, come take a tour of the Villas. You wont be disappointed.

not allowing yall to push my review down for the fake reviews. dont be fooled. for almost an entire year dealt with loud upstairs neighbors, yelling and arguing throughout the day and night. and now theyre all yelling amongst each other about loud music and shouting but they wont say anything to each others faces. next door neighbors having parties every other weekend, smoking weed on the staircase. management cant be bothered, courtesy officer doesnt respond so good luck with that. ended up paying out of pocket for pest control bc theyve done that one time since ive been here. they dont get the walkways or stairways sprayed so theres always bugs and spiders everywhere. no one picks up their pets poop. theyll hound you about certain stuff and tell you how expensive itll be to break your lease because of your loud, rule breaking neighbors but wont be of any help. the best part of my experience has been maintenance bc you can tell they actually do their job and are helpful. just be careful and be mindful of where they try and put you. i would try to avoid bldg 14. they have all the bark in the world sitting in their apartments but get mute when they see you. im too old for that, i have no problem with knocking on doors and talking face to face to get stuff handled but not everyone is built like that. and yes bc yall have been so helpful thus far
