I have used Dylan Keith on three separate deals over the last few years. Ive bought two homes and sold one using him as my agent. These deals included my first time ever buying and first time ever selling. He made the process as smooth as possible for me and was able to eliminate a ton of the stress I had before starting the process with him. He also helped me secure a great deal on my first home which ended up helping me in the future with selling because I was able to accumulate a decent amount of equity in that home which really helped me in buying my second home a couple of years down the road. If I have any future real estate deals I will gladly use him again.

Dylan helped my wife and I purchase a house in Magnolia recently and it was probably the best experience weve had! He helped locate and narrow down a bunch of options, kept a look out for little things that we might not have caught on a walk through, simplified and explained all paperwork. Really just a great guy to work with!
