        I had never had any kind of cosmetic injectable procedure, and have always been absolutely terrified of the pain. I have had consultations with other highly recommended providers in central Arkansas, but none put me at ease. The entire staff at Hot Springs Aesthetics was down to earth, friendly, and calmed my nerves. Rikki was so patient and gentle, I barely felt a thing when receiving my Botox and Botox lip flip. Highly recommend Rikki and HSA for anyone considering cosmetic services!
