Used Magnolia Glass last year to replace a spring on my garage door. I feel like we were over charged and now a year later we are replacing the same spring. I believe they must have used a used part because this should have lasted several more years. I would not recommend this company.

I hired Magnolia Glass to replace all of my windows and patio door. They did a great job! My windows and patio doors are beautiful! everyone was so nice. They left my home inside and out sparkling clean!Thank you!

Heather, Marcus, Shay, and Bobby are the GREATEST from Magnolia Glass. I called them in late August and Heather was so gracious, set up an appointment for someone to come look at windows in my house in El Dorado. Marcus called and text with a signature of Respectfully before coming to my home. He checked and measured at length to be certain of what was needed. So very nice and pleasant. Shay and Bobby came today (September 10) much sooner than estimated time for ordering, receiving glass and working into schedule. They did an outstanding job including sweeping up and polishing new windows! So nice and respectful. Great attitudes, smiling faces, and excellent work ethic. I HIGHLY recommend Magnolia Glass for prompt, friendly, timely, great service! Its been a LONG TIME since Ive felt like a valued customer. This company GETS customer service and do it well..every single one of them.
