I was having problems with my m. X13I went to see Chad in the parts department. He introduced me to a methat can work on my deleted engine because they cannot. Chad made sure that we only bought the part it needed to fix it. Not a bunch of unnecessary stuff. He saved me about 1200$ By far the best parts man I have ever come across in my 22 years of over the road driving.Thank you chad

Thanks so much Blake for helping me getting the truck there safely. Blake did excellent job with customer service. I couldn't let his work go unnoticed. The company should do something nice for Blake let him know how much appreciated his hard work. Thanks Denise

Night crew does not work with a sense of urgency when drivers are waiting to get back on the road. They come up with a list of things to do on your truck then step away from it till you ask for an update. Got no information about what was done or was needed unless I went to the counter to ask. Even then I get told he was just gonna type up the estimate when he was playing on his phone. Edit: Now that the day shift has come in... they are working to find the parts to get the truck fixed. I talked with assistant service manager Jake, who then got to working on finding the parts to get me back on the road. The day guys got the truck fixed and back going again. If you need your truck fixed here, wait till the day shift shows up cause the night crew is alittle slow. The drivers lounge needs some updating if drivers are going to be there for long periods of time waiting.
