I worked with accountemps several times, and they are very professional... I am about to apply again... Thank you for the overall great experience... Also I love how they usually do not make you wait a full 2 weeks for the first paycheck...

Don't bother trying to get a placement from them unless you are one of their repeat customers. They leave you hanging, don't follow up, don't return calls. I was told they were too busy for my business.

Did a contract job for them on short notice after one of their recruiters called me. Jumped through all the hiring hoops as quickly as possible. Got it all done the day before I was to be on-site. They sent two of us IT techs for a one man job. We were done with the project in 3.5 hours. I had just over an hour drive and the other tech had an hour drive. At $21.00 an hour we made nothing really once the $4 dollar a gallon gas was paid. We both expected a full day of work. Now, to the fun part! I was told to put in my time sheet through my RH account or their app. Week later I still do not have the ability to do so. I have spent more time trying to fill out a time sheet than I did on the job at this point. I have no confidence in this company and a week later as of this morning I told them just keep that little money. Done with RH and will deactivate my account now. Beware! Also, to RH no need to respond I dont want your pathetic excuses anymore.

6.14.19 Original [5 stars] Elaina and Rick were incredibly helpful and had me in for an interview and placed with an amazing position all within a week. The interview process with Rick was easy and fun, and I'm now working in my field at a company I really enjoy. 11.17.20 Update [1 star] I am no longer working with the company they placed me with or with Robert Half. When I started working there, I'd found out about a week or so in that they let someone go at 5 pm on a Friday, with no warning. The same thing would happen to me about two months later. When they hired me, I was very clear about not having graphic design experience, and they said that was fine. The job that they hired me for, which included social media, a quarterly magazine (which I could write, edit, design, since I have publication design experience), and a whole host of marketing materials (that I struggled with, since I do not have a background or education in graphic design). I started getting feedback from my colleagues that I "needed to get on the level" of the previous person in my position and that they "just didn't like" the work I did and they couldn't tell me why. I started pushing back, and they went to the ED with complaints that I was being combative. I ended up stress writing out some notes that I hid as I tried to deal with a situation that was quickly becoming toxic. They let me go, and that following Monday thoroughly went through all of my papers and found those (hidden) notes, which was apparently similar to a note another ex-employee had written but left out for them to see. So--not the only one who went through this toxic situation. They had told me I'd get a week's severance but changed their mind after finding the note. I wanted to update this review not for the sake of RH or for anyone there, but for anyone reading this, who may be considering accepting a position. Be careful. Look for the red flags. Trust your gut. It's a year and a half later and I started my own business earlier this year. I'm putting together a magazine as a client gift. I'm still bad at graphic design. But I work harder on building my client relationships than trying to design a pretty brochure. Update 11.19.20 [Three stars] I wanted to thank RB Branch Manager Patrick Strack for giving me a call and listening and asking very thoughtful questions about the entire experience. This was very appreciated and greatly improved my feelings about RH as a company. The interview process, as stated above, went smoothly and quickly. It was what happened afterwards that was a problem. Patrick seems perceptive to genuine, constructive feedback and almost convinced me to consider them again (but my business is going well and I'm going to stick with it).
