        Despite well documented sub standard living conditions and repeated demonstrations of cognatative issues we CAN NOT get assistance with intervention for my Aunt in Arkansas. There is a DPOA in place but they live out of state. Their state will not assist as my aunt is not a resident and Arkansas insist that persons assuming responsibility must live in Arkansas. APS recommended that family member with DPOA just come get her and make her come with them however per federal standards this is kidnapping! She is currently living in unclean conditional and delusional but... Any suggestions on what to do would be appreciated.

        Actually wanted to choose zero stars! They no longer have an office in this building and it is 1-800 line which makes you wait for a while before you get a real person.
