This office (On Palm near the state hospital) Closes at 4:30PM not at 5PM, the hours of operation stated here are incorrect.

Waited for over 20 minutes just to get an April who CLEARLY doesnt like her job. Terrible attitude while I was simply asking questions about my Medicaid. I expressed her attitude was bad and she said I could say the same about and HUNG UP on me after I waited TWENTY minutes just to get information.
