My fiance has rented suits from the Rogers location on two separate occasions. For the first wedding, his pants were absolutely way too short. When he sat down, they were in the middle of his calf. The grooms tux had a liquid substance all over it & the store employees did not notice & tried to send it home with him. The second time he rented was a similar situation, except this time the pants were short and fit him like leggings. They were so tight that he could not wear them & was forced to find a backup pair of pants within days of the wedding. Both times he went to pickup, customer service was horrendous. I would absolutely stay away from this company unless you are willing to be left searching for a new suit days before your event.

Absolutely the worst customer service; we went to buy a suit and the young man who was supposed to be helping us, was too busy hiding and playing on his cellphone. We had to go find him while we were still trying on suits and he was upset for having to help a longtime customer. A separate time we called to get some information about tuxedos and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful. We will not return to this store and want to warn others the customer service is lacking across the board. There are other more professional suit tailors in the area that will get all of my business moving forward. Do not shop at this store! Buyer beware!

Took my son to rent two tuxes for prom, they were super busy.. no problem. Every sales person was hustling, except one. He was leaned over the counter just hanging out. We approached him and told him what we were there for, he huffed out a sigh pointed at another approaching salesman, and said he can help you out! Man is right on time!. We had already witnessed the other salesman helping another customer, and he even said so. The original salesman, who was literally laying on the counter, rolled his eyes and said ok, Ill help yall. Umm, NO THANKS!! Sir, you work for a professional business, and should conduct yourself accordingly. No worries though, after the first experience with that store that you gave us, you wont ever have to NOT help us again.
