        this truly is just sad and Im not even sure a good enough excuse for something like this! I did an online order on the app and this is what my sandwich was when I received it. Unfortunately I didnt find this out until I was already back at work and I didnt have time to go back but I just dont feel like this can be ignored.

        Asked for toasted sandwiches, but the cheese was not melted at all and the meat was cold. Service is sub par. Not sure why the owners/management dont understand from all the other reviews that customer service + consistency = $$$$. I would rather drive to firehouse subs than to visit again.

        I liked this Subway at first, I could get past that the workers are not the friendliest. They aren't mean or rude, but they don't make you feel welcomed. My issue is that every time I order a sandwich, I ask for it to be toasted twice. On only one occasion did my sandwich actually come out hot and not cold in the middle. After about the 5th time of asking for my sandwich double toasted, and receiving a sandwich with COLD meat in the middle, I have decided to no longer come here.
