Wendy helped us purchase our first home and was able to help us negotiate that deal for under the sellers asking price. She has recently helped us with guidance on how to make a competitive offer on our now second home when the seller had the good fortune of entertaining offers from multiple parties. She is very attentive and responsive to her clients. She has earned our business and will be listing our first home soon too. If you are in the market for a realtor you couldnt ask for a better one.

My husband and I were first time buyers and we had a lot of questions! Wendy was amazing! She kept in touch and kept us updated through every step and really listened to us to keep an eye out for property that would fit our wants. She found us a home that really fit us.
