Marlon Givens (no relation, lol) is by far a God sent. He was the perfect agent for me and my family. He made the first time home buying experience easy. I had the pleasure of working with Marlon Givens, when I started the process I had no faith I would ever own a home. My husband and I had credit issues and Marlon said no problem you will own a home. It took time and patience but Marlon was there every step of the way. When we finally closed it meant just as much to him as it did us. Even after closing he still calls and checks to make sure we are doing good. Hands down I will scream from the highest mountain Marlon is the Best Realtor ever. His patience, kindness, compassion, expertise is unmatchable. I'll tell anyone let him make your home owning dreams a reality!
