We found a charming property in Hot Springs that was listed with your company. It had everything we wanted, three beautiful acres, a charming three bedroom home, a detached two car garage and a huge barn. It was perfect for me, my very elderly father and my twenty something son. It was so perfect, we put in an offer the next day. About a week of negotiations and two counter offers, all parties agreed and we signed the counter offer on Thursday April 4th. We thought we just bought a home! Less than 16 hours later, your agent Sharon Adkins notified my agent that the property has been SOLD to another party! What a complete STAB IN THE BACK! This was a complete travesty, and to NOT disclose to my agent that another offer was on the table! This is an absolutely unethical agent who doesn't care what she sells, but only her COMMISSION! I would not recommend this agency to anyone!

Dennis Adkins, Jen and this whole reaL estate team are: Exceedingly excellent, and excelsior in their professionalism, friendliness and effectiveness. Expeditious processes are appreciated and refreshing. I'm very glad a Co worker friend referred me to Dennis. Design engineering contracts in New states are never easy, lodging is a big issue.
