Fast communication and enjoyable company to rent through. They have a great online portal to pay for rent, etc.. Ive been renting one of their properties for a year now and havent encountered any problems, 100% recommend.

Ok company, always nice and prompt when you call but very seldom reach out to communicate changes. Will hold your deposit what seems like forever- makes no sense to me that I have to reach out so much about repairs and my deposit. But again very nice!
