Tina is very unprofessional. The reviews are what they are for a reason. We applied the same day we saw the house and after 3 days we heard nothing. After tirelessly calling her for an update she told my partner that "she hadn't got to it yet". Not sure why not, it doesn't take that long to process an application. Finally, after a week of hearing NOTHING and calling repeatedly she told us we weren't approved. Okay that's fine, but why not call and tell us that? She was talking to us like we were bothering her. I'm glad we didn't get the house because there's no way I want to give this lady my money. Very unprofessional. She told me that I wasn't approved due to me breaking my current lease two months early. Yes, I am because we have a child on the way and this apartment isn't big enough. I also have over a $2000 credit on my current apartment that would've covered any termination fees. Not to mention she lied to our faces about something that's actually stated on the application site. Give your business to someone else.

I love this family owned Business Tina has helped me with everything that I needed to do to find the perfect home for me and my family I wouldnt rent from anywhere else she treats to with respect and also like family she is really good with Communicating with her tenants!

My husband and I rented from Tina for the last 3 years and overall we had a great experience! They always answered our questions timely and got vendors out if needed quickly (within 24hrs). Had our HVAC go out one night and the vendor was out the next morning early and fixed it. The only negative we experienced was dealing with the actual owner if something had to be replaced, he didnt really want to replace anything but Tina always went to bat for us and got us what we needed! I would recommend them to rent from!
