        Called over one month ago with an outside faucet issue. They never scheduled an appointment, but said they would call if in the area. Received one call and we were not available. Our business wasn’t important to them.

        Don Houff know his stuff. We had another plumber come look at a problem we had with hammering pipes, and the plumber could not help us. Don immediately diagnosed the problem and easily fixed it. He's an expert!
