Extremely helpful staff! I needed to replace my shower's faucet stem and associated plumbers were able to quickly identify the correct part and had it in stock. This was after trying several big box stores that had no knowledge of replacement parts. Shop local for great service and knowledgeable support.

Criminals! Do not use them. March 4, 2021(came across bill so just now posting) I had a full backup in my house. I called them thinking I used them before but after they left I remember it was a terrible experience years ago. This guy Nicolas was so lazy, I told him where to root it out under a toilet yet he just found an easy access on the side of my house. I asked about pulling a toilet and the price was outrageous. I paid $289 and no guarantee, called back as it did not work! They are scammers! Hey ASSplumbers look at your books and I bet you can figure it out. The guy said it "felt and sounded like rocks". Well you cant hear rocks from 100 feet. $287 for rooting out a pipe under my house. I initially told them where the issue was... asked to root from another place and he didn't do it. Total ripoff.

The owner and son spent about an hr with me at the store helping me with my parts. Highly recommend. Also explained how to, and assembled set up to make sure i did not have any trouble. Very nice and priced right. Super helpful.
