        I will never take my dogs there again. Angela is hateful and rude. Their website is inaccurate, and she will not honor what their own website says. Would not recommend. Stay away. I have never been so disrespected.

        Appointments are just suggestions. After standing and waiting forever after being there when I was told an apology would have sufficiced. This place is also FILTHY. I won't be back.

        Took my Yorkies there a couple times. They did an excellent job grooming them, but Ive never been treated so poorly by a small business. They were hateful and rude, basically said I was an irresponsible pet owner if I didnt sign up for their maintenance plan. My pets are pretty pampered, bathed regularly, and I didnt appreciate their tone. I dont care how good a job they did, I wont give my hard-earned money to a business like that.
