I felt a racist vibe when I went for my eye exam. But I chose to overlook it. Today I went to get my glasses and needed to use the bathroom. The nurse, who by the way is rude,told me the doctor was using it. He wasn't, he was standing in the hallway. I'll never return there

I went to pick up my glasses today,and I asked for a copy of my prescription,and the doctor came out cursing at me talk about why do I want my prescription for,that was so rude I didn't not even say anything,but dam what's wrong with me having a copy of my prescription,this man is very very rude,I don't see how you can run a business with an attitude like that,all the other doctors give me my prescription,just rude rude I wouldn't even let my dog go to him

Dr. Gulley is very friendly. It is a simple establishment with no frills, but good service. He is very flexible when you need to come in for an emergency.

After moving to Little Rock, I scheduled appointments for my daughter and myself so to establish care with an optometrist. Initial appointment was ok. The facility was uninviting and outdated. Their documentation method is archaic (handwritten paper system). The sole office worker was unfriendly and slow. Dr. Gulley provided mediocre service. My next interaction occurred when I picked up our glasses. As I waited for the glasses, I asked the sole office worker if I could receive a copy of my daughters office note for her school. Office worker asks Dr. Gulley. They both address me in a dismissive, condescending and aggressive tone. Dr. Gulley goes on to say that he wont provide the office note and the school will have to provide a form. As the customer, I expect to be treated with respect. As a healthcare worker, I am well versed on the Freedom of Information Act. I will NOT return to this company and I will NOT recommend anyone. I advise everyone to find another provider. You deserve all around great service in a welcoming environment.
