It's truly disheartening that the office's lack of responsiveness compelled you to physically go there, adding unnecessary inconvenience. Their insistence on redirecting you to your PCP for a supposed viral infection seems like an avoidance tactic, further delaying the assistance you need. It not only reflects a lack of genuine concern for your well-being but also a failure to address your concerns efficiently. Such practices undermine the trust and cooperation essential for a positive patient-doctor relationship. I see Baptist responded, but they won't change anything. I'm not calling them to file a complaint. This should never have been an issue in the first place.

This clinic is pathetic, Ive been trying to reach a nurse and the person that authorizes tests for days after leaving several messages! Nobody cares!!!

I am an established patient here and see Shana Kloske. I have called numerous time trying to reschedule an appointment that I had to cancel in February. I've left a message and called and put on hold for 20 minutes. I have called and left a message for the nurse and can't get through there either. You can't schedule online either so I don't know how people are supposed to get appointments there. Nobody will call you back! It's just horrible customer service.

Good luck getting meds if you run out over the weekend ! I knew i would not have enough until Monday . Knowing this i went to my pharmacy with my doctor must authorize refill bottle on Thursday . Pharmacy sent several faxes . Today i called the office twice once talked to nurse and second time got the machine . I tried calling back a third time could not leave a message though it was only 330 9r so needless to say Saturday and Sunday nights meds will be a half pill . This is not the first time ive had trouble getting meds either

Dr Cox is very caring. She will spend time with you and answer all your questions when you need her to.
