Charged my boyfriend for something he did not ask for. He told the lady no he did not want gel and she still gave him gel and charged him for it. I called to discuss my concern with her and she did a horrible job resolving the conflict. Will not be returning because they are just money hungry

Theyre terrible and money hungry people. I called to get a SHAPE-UP and the lady who answered stated that they were busy. Cool; thats no big deal. My brother called less than 5 minutes later to ask if his girlfriend could come in for a full set and they said for him to come on. It seems as if they were only willing to do a service if you were paying a certain amount of money. I called to discuss this with the owner and she hung up in my face. Its bad because Ive been going to this establishment for over THREE years and they treat their customers like that. I will never step foot in there again and Ill never refer anyone either. Please learn how to properly treat your customers and not make everything about money. Sucks because the quality was pretty decent at least from the one lady I was going to.

Save your time and money my nails were messed up before they finish they had three different ppl on my nails never asked me if it was ok or did I want another design they just kept talking in there language switching people I asked what was wrong one lied and told me nothing I finally got done next day my gel polish was peeling I called to go to get it corrected again the person on the phone lied and told me she was the only person working that day (I heard so many different people in the background) and I would have to wait until the actual person that did my service first came back from vacation I started to go up there but I decided to let it go and just never return I spent $310 that day at this nail shop for myself and someone else DONT GO HERE

The receptionist was extremely rude and has absolutely no interest in customer service. We tried to explain to the technician what we wanted but he could not understand and when we expressed this to another staff member in order to help she said why you dont tell him this(laughed)well it too late now(continues laughing)maybe next time and shrugged her shoulders saying byee. The technician was nice and did a decent job on my nails but based on the experience my mom had for her first time getting her nails done with me WE WILL NEVER COME BACK.
