CPR Cell Phone Repair West Little Rock

Dropped my phone on a rock and cracked my screen. It wouldn't respond to touch so I couldn't use it. I don't have insurance ( I know ) I called CPR, went to the store and my screen, camera and battery were all replaced within 30 mins. I'll update if my camera or battery are no good.... staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Very satisfied at the moment!!!!

The team at CPR was so helpful and patient with me on fixing my daughters IPad. I had forgotten a screen time password and her Apple password but they were able to fix everything along with her screen. They gave me updates during the day and even told me if I came in right before close they had no problem staying past to make sure everything was set up perfectly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a shattered back on my IPhone 13 Pro. The guys fixed it for me and were really helpful with any questions I had. The silent switch ended up being faulty on the new frame but I was able to take my phone back up there and they fixed it for me with no issues! I will definitely be back if I need my phone fixed!

Fantastic customer service. I got my iPhone battery replaced and had to leave my phone there for the repair. I planned to wait for at a nearby coffee shop while I worked on my laptop but realized I had forgotten my laptop charge. The staff there let me borrow one of their own. Repair was quick and easy. They had to order a part but had it there the NEXT DAY (compared to Apple who said the part wouldn't be in for up to 2 weeks). All the staff are trained by Apple and use Apple products. Definitely a go-to place to avoid excessive Apple Store wait and repair times. The owner went out of his way to answer all my questions and make sure I was taken care of. 10 out of 10.
