My greatest experience was with Cory and Jamie, they're customer service is superb, they are professionals in the field of sales, in fact I think that they are highly trained executives. I could tell that they were very knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz vehicles, they provided me with detailed information about each vehicle that they showed me. Everything went smooth and I was given a usb stick from the guy in the finance section. I didn't know what was on it, later when Cory was giving the final overview of my car, my daughter inquired about the usb stick and Cory informed us that it was all my paper documents on it. Lastly it would have been nice if my car didn't have water spots on it, but I am pretty sure it was a busy day and there wasn't time to wash and dry my car. I'm a happy with the service I received
