        When my boyfriend and I walked in today, there was only one other customer in the store at the checkout. No one greeted us, no one asked if we needed help finding something, but every employee saw us and looked at us throughout our time in the store. More customers came in and they were all greeted and asked multiple times if they needed help. We remained ignored. Employees looked at us and walked by us without a word. I was so angry, I asked my boyfriend if we could leave. I really hope this wasnt an example of a micro-aggression, but it certainly felt like it. We will no longer shop with this company.

        Folks.... had to get fitted for a Tuxedo at the last minute. Went to Joseph A Banks with a hope and a preyer. Billie took care of me. I can't say enough about the customer service here. Top notch. Come here first you will not be disappointed.
