      RobinWe are sorry that your results are taking longer than you expected. We explain to our customers that DNA results usually take 2-3 business days to result after the sample is received by the testing lab. As we have to send these tests to an outside lab, the sample must be shipped. Your sample was shipped Friday evening and was received by the testing lab this morning (Tuesday). Normally we would expect your results in 2-3 business days from today. We will send your results as soon as they are completed by the DNA lab.Thank you,Any Lab Test Now
