        Worst check-in experience. Room is tiny and smells really bad. No one here to check in people with actual orders. Pre-op patients should not be sent here. Disgusting.

        Almost a 3hr wait. Asked 2 different employees about how long so Id know. Both said they would check schedule and come back to tell me. Never saw them again. So disorganized. Uses a kiosk to check in which is terrible. Especially for the elderly

        Whats going on in this lab years ago was an excellent place to lab work now its terrible all people arguing because they do t get help on time employees dont want to help patients its horrible and they dont have a person on the front window Im just surprised to how horrible this place is turning to it hope management make more changes to help people better
