CHI St. Vincent Imaging - West Little Rock

My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:49 the black lady with braids and glasses on walked up and never spoke just asked what I was here for. She took my ID and info told me I was checked in. Then another lady came out with my checklist to sign and scanner slips and said someone will be with me shortly. Its now 2:42 I still havent been seen and this short hair white lady come out talking about she has a patient on the table and Im next because she wasnt aware I was here. She was rude when I asked how did you not know I was here this lady gone say you can reschedule if needed like yea after I done waited 2 damn hours to be seen. I will definitely be filing a complaint. This was the worse office visit ever!! Ill NEVER come back here and wouldnt recommend this location either.

My mother had a CT scan done here and the technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes multiple times and spoke condescendingly to my mother during her imaging. Very inappropriate.

If you need any imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray) please give St. Vincent Imaging Center WEST a visit! DOYALE is absolutely amazing! He is genuinely caring , skilled, and makes you feel comfortable. He makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Ask your physician to send your orders to St. Vincent imaging (west)! You wont be disappointed :-)) Thank you Doyale!
