Worst therapist I ever had. Didnt cancel our last appointment after I told her I no longer wanted to see her. This office charged my card $100 6 months later for a no show fee for 1 appointment. I would never ever recommend going here

I personally have a wonderful therapist through CFT. My husband was going to do his first therapy appointment. They never sent the link even though they said they did and charged a 100$ missed appointment fee. He can't do anything appointment without the fee. Cody reinheart in billing is honestly the most unhelpful person in the world and refused to take the fee off despite me having screenshots to show we never got the link. He himself could not provide proof that it was sent to his email. In fact the email he sent about declining the fee waiver had two errors on it. I really hate this was my husband's first experience trying to get therapy. This is honestly why so many people don't try to get better

I never even went in. My PCP recommended this clinic. It was like an act of Congress to get an appointment. Then, ok remember this is an appointment for a mental health patient with extreme anxiety, they send e mail after e mail about charges for this, charges for that, charges for phone calls... And they want your payment info so they can charge you basically for anything they feel like. They need to rethink the way they do this. I understand clinics are in the business to make money but I had hoped for a compassionate empathetic clinic to see for my anxiety needs. The e mails caused my anxiety to go through the roof
