We spent a lot of money to avoid probate only to have to go through probate because the firm that we paid for their expertise and services only provided us documents used from a template and expected the client to know all questions and answers prior to signing the engagement letter.

      Freddie and the family gave us the wrong deed and legal description. This is why probate is required. It is not our fault. Even your family member who is a lawyer explained this to you. Had we been given the correct deed and legal description, probate could have been avoided.
