My internet has been out for three weeks and Ive had nothing but run around and lies from them about when they are going to fix it

It really is a poorly run company. It would be hard for me to dislike it more. I wish I had another option. My internet is down right now. Phone number on Google tells me its only a sales number and if I call back my number will be blocked. Chat feature doesnt work on their website. It gives me another phone number. Doesnt work but gives me another phone number that gets me to a human after holding for 30m. On the phone with her for 15m and she hung up on me. I think on accident? Still of course, no internet.

If I could give this -10 stars I would. I've only had Windstream for a month and have had more problems than any other provider I've ever had but until this month they were the only one providing service to my area. I will be changing to the new provider with First Electric. My Windstream internet goes out 2-3 times per day, getting it set up was a nightmare and took over 2 weeks, when the wifi went out and wasn't coming back on I called the state side number we were given and was hung up on three separate times after pressing 2 for residential wifi. Then I called the support number and was told that it would take a WEEK to get someone out here to fix my wifi. I've now been on hold for 30 minutes because I said that a week was unacceptable and asked to speak to someone higher up. I'm a very nice person and I don't leave reviews like this ever because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous. I don't even know why I'm having to pay for this horrible service. So don't get Windstream unless you want bad service. Update: I've now been on hold for 2 hours and nothing, great customer service, really.

I want to thank this company for being the worst I have had your service for almost a year now my Wi-Fi goes down upwards of 10 to 15 times a day I dont get hardly any use out of it Im getting less then 7 Mb Per secondIve had several technicians out here to try to fix it I had one out at my house yesterday and they told me that we would no longer have any issues out of our service. And then it went down five minutes after he left my house I am finished with this company I would not recommend this company its unbelievably unprofessional and they have them selfs a nice Monopoly in my area I can either keep their service and be mistreated and robbed of my money or I can choose to not have any Internet because they dont allow any other companies in my area to come in I choose no Internet at this point and its unbelievable thanks trashy internet company

Unable to get support. Fiber internet stopped working after only one week . Can not get costumer support to answer the phone or get a techs out to help , however if you call to start a new service they answer the phone on the second ring. Lots of room fir improvements
