CK Agency: Allstate Insurance

Honestly. You would do better. Risking not having insurance then getting insurance from allstate they will. Raise you bill every time. I was ran off the road took my vehicle to were they suggested. I pick up my car. 2 different black paints. And four flat tires imagine getting dropped off to pick your car up. And it's sitting on four flats. I had to tow my car home. Service masters is trash just like allstate that's why they in business together. A tree fell on my vehicle. They didn't even send me enough money to fix it. They started a home owners policy in my name without my consent. I didn't find out till months later with a 2500 dollar bill for none payment. I have had insurance on my house why would a agent start a policy for me when I have insurance. And never excepted. Allstate insurance. Every event they never make it right. I tried to transfer to another allstate agency. They sent me back to the untrusted one I started with. My experiences allstate is a scam and over chargers. Dropped the ball and would never give them the opportunity to insure me again. I really wasn't insured I was just giving them money period. I got picture invoices. All proof. Everyone that I have spoken to at CK Agency has been very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and patient with me when I have gotten impatient about something I didn't understand. That's rare these days. Thank you for all you do:))

They renewed my insurance without my approval, I expected my rate to drop or planned to go somewhere more reasonably priced. My rate didn't drop even after proving safe driving with an app.
