Dealing with Mr. Marecus Hill has been such a pleasure. He is kind, caring, and so polite. I had trouble getting my late husband's medical records from the VA, but Mr. Hill assured me that the records would be released in time. He called me frequently just to check on me. I needed help with Medicare; his explanation made it much easier to understand. I am sure that he is as happy for the policy on my husband to finally be settled as I am. I would recommend Mr. Marecus Hill to anyone who wants a knowledgeable person to assist them with insurance needs.

This place doesn't have attentive staff. I went in for an interview, went through the process, then mentioned my grandma would GREATLY benefit from talking with Bankers about her retirement savings since she lost thousands due to the recession. I had a promise from Bryan J. Cliffton saying he would PERSONALLY come out to talk with me and my grandma to see if they could help. The day he was supposed to call me for a conference came, and went. I went into the office to see what the problem was, he wasn't there. I've left NUMEROUS calls to him over a period of months, no answer. Sure, I understand he's a busy man since he's the sales manager, and can do the policies himself, but to not even call ONCE in all that time?
