Brandon Stowe.. the owner of this company is a crook. Do you research on this guy. Long story short... he came in my home.. Super knowledgeable and professional. Got AC working quickly and recommended upgrading roughly $700 worth of parts so the system would likely not have any issues for a while. About 3 days later more issues. Tried calling Brandon with no response (SEVERAL TIMES) I decided after 2 weeks to try and fix it myself. Upon doing so.. I learned all the parts I paid for were not replaced. I tried calling again and no response. I did some digging on the owner Brandon Stowe. It appears he has a wealth of knowledge and training but is a poor business man at his core. He is certainly dishonest and has ran Stowe Mechanical into the ground. He has moved across the US taking advantage of people. The last message I sent him was on March 28th 2023 (a year ago) . I bet you forgot about me Brandon. Should have done the right thing and honored your word. i will be posting everything on Google, your Facebook page etc...Like I told you in text you need to move out of Arkansas. I was so glad to see you billboard come down in Beebe.
Do your homework on this guy people. Look at their Facebook reviews. Click on the people leaving reviews... Try to find a positive review from Arkansas. Look at the google reviews are so similar. Almost as they are fake or AI generated.
I am hopeful this company is no longer connected with Brandon. I feel that would be the best thing for them.

Brandon and his staff was the most personable and knowledgeable staff to date!! There kindness and swiftness when answering questions and getting the job done was top notch, above all the rest!!!

We previously used this company earlier this year to clean our AC unit after buying our first home. The person that came out recommended having the unit clean every spring and every fall and informed us of an option to pay for both in advance. He told us that we would automatically put on the schedule for the October/November time frame. We have yet to hear anything from them trying to schedule a time to come do the service we have already paid for so we began calling daily. We have called 7 times and left 4 voicemails. None of our calls have been answered and we have not received a response to any of the voicemails left.

The experience that I have had with this company has been remarkable. I enjoyed the phone call, the service, just everything. They are awesome at letting you know if they will be running a little late. They are very professional, prompt, and give high quality service. Brandon and Mark have been such a pleasure to do business with! Every time I call th they usually come same day which is very much so appreciated with how hot it's been! Don't take my word for it trying them out yourself!
