Been waiting 30 minutes cause only one person can help me I guess...no one answers phone . What business leaves a customer waiting 30 minutes !!! ? I got there at 728 pm at 805 pm after already telling me twice 'erica' was on her way, 'erica ' finely showed up . She told the 3 members who just constantly told me I could only be helped by erica and whom I asked multiple times if someone else could help me , that the item was on shelf with my name on it . That took another 12 minutes. Inexcusable . Oh by time erica dud show up after a 30 minute wait...store was closed now . Pathetic !!!

The Associate Cherese (Previous Employee of Whole Foods who was likely fired for theft, unprofessional attitude and dress attire) was very rude and did NOT greet me and went to the back to get someone else to help me. Not only was her actions unprofessional but made the process cumbersome and inconvenient. If Lowes choose to hire unprofessional Associates who was caught on camera stealing from her previous Employer I may choose to do business with its competitors in the future despite my 10% Veteran discount. I don't care if this "woman" choose not to serve me because as the Good Book says, "Satan stand behind Thee.", but it is inconvenient and unprofessional to say the least. Another disappointment about this particular location is that that most of the employees here are rude. Lowes have the audacity to have a hand made sign up that says treat the Associates with respect, yet this Company fails to understand this courtesy goes both ways. On another recent trip I was half #@# served by a woman who had tattoo scrawling written across her throat. Talk about uncouth and lack of professionalism. Who is the Manager hiring these people? I would never expect to see this type of person (woman with a tattoo on her throat) or experience the irrepressible behavior at Target or Home Depot. Furthermore, this particular location fails to have many items in stock while neighboring stores in North Little Rock and Bryant have the same item in stock. In conclusion, this particular Lowes have several problems that need addressing. While there are some good people at this store, by and large the bad Associates such as Cherese far outweighs the good Associates.
