Participating in classes at Full Out Barre has been such an incredible experience for me! What started out as going to one class with a friend, has turned into a weekly commitment, becuase I cant imagine my routine without it! Im stronger mentally and physically because of FOB. Love it more and more every class!

My happy place Full Out Barre is unlike any other studio out there. Over 250 classes later, no class has been the same and my experience is always amazing. My favorite format is Burn, but all classes are a great, challenging, strengthening workout!

I have worked out most of my life and Im here to tell you FOB is the BEST workout Ive ever done! Its fun, challenging and a different routine every time I go. Hello! results! The best part: the backbone of the FOB mentality is loving and respecting your body where it is now, not the past or future you. So if you workout for your mental health you get that too! I love all of the instructors they are friendly and help you accommodate the workout to your needs. Do yourself a big favor and try it! Hands down FOB has the best people and best workout in LR.
