        Someone with a Nick Ruffin sign on a white GMC just ran up on my tail while I was driving on Chenal Parkway. I was in the left lane and traffic was on my right. I was also needing to take a left turn. I was going above the speed limit. The guy backed off some then gunned it right up on me. I moved to the right so I could be done with him. He then moved behind me. I then moved to make my left turn into a turn lane. He then flipped me off. His advertised phone number doesnt work. He didnt answer the other phone number that I found. Loser all the way around. I would not let him dig a hole for a plant.
