        My grandmother was scheduled to start dialysis at 2 oclock... she sat there for 2 hours. A tech named Monica laughed and stated we can put you on the machine when we get ready. We requested that she be put on schedule early so that she wouldnt be out late, they havent been consistent at all with her schedule. Monica was VERY rude and unprofessional.
