I asked an employee standing at the self checkout area if she could tell me where a certain product might be located. She snarled the response that she was on the phone and I shouldn't bother her. She was discussing person issues. I apologized for bothering her on her break. She scoffed that she wasn't on break but NJshe was talking about personal matters with her boss and to find someone else to bother. Her name tag said team lead7 I found another, then another employee but they told me they weren't familiar with the store and that they wouldn't know where to find it. After I decided to look somewhere else, that same team lead almost walked into me aggressively and told me to watch it, or maybe it was watch out as she flung her locks around at me. It was a very odd experience. I'm surprised a team lead would be allowed to do those things to customers. Also, why are you not training the employees anymore, or maybe not well enough? It was a disappointing experience experience. I found my product at a different chain store and purchased more there while browsing. The other store was right on Target with their assistance.
