I must say I am very disappointed in this practice. When I first made my appointment, I didnt realize at the time that my insurance has not went into affect so I called three weeks prior to my appointment to let them know that and to reschedule it. When my appointment came up, I woke up that morning with high fever and a sore throat. I called immediately upon learning that not only did I have Covid, but I had strep throat and had to cancel that appointment. The receptionist was very rude and said Ill just have to call you back. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks I just called and was told that I could not make an appointment because I had canceled two appointments. I totally understand that aspect of it. I guess I shouldve went in there and infected everyone with strep throat and Covid. Very unprofessional after they came so highly recommended.

OMG!! I can't stop bragging about Dr. Ballenger and his staff. AMAZING!! Literally pain free work and he talk you through the process. I highly recommend his office.

Dr. Ballenger and his staff are A+. He explains everything,communicates well, and shows compassion with patients. Office staff are very professional and caring.
